How do I book an outfit?

You can book directly through our website! Head to "Gallery" and press your hire date to continue!

Do you allow try ons?

Yes, you can head to the "Book a Try On" tab and book online. Alternatively, if there is no suitable time for you available on the booking system, please DM us on Instagram for alternate arrangements. Please note try ons are located at my home in Cottesloe, Perth, so make sure you are able to attend this location before booking!

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes! We offer express return postage Australia wide!

I have booked an outfit but I have changed my mind. Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds or credit notes.

We can happily offer sizing advice to customers, however, we do not take responsibility if you do not like the fit, style, colour etc.

Customers who choose not to try on do so at their own risk.

I have paid for my hire. When can I collect it?

We will DM you via Instagram on the Thursday before your weekend hire for the current weeks desingated pick up times.

When can I return my garment?

Weekend hires (Friday-Sunday) are due back 1pm Monday.

Weekday hires (Monday-Thursday) are due back by 1pm the next day.

Postal hires are to be posted back by 1pm Monday.

Returns are non-contact and we will send relevant drop off information prior to your hire.

Late fees of $15 per day will be enforced, so please plan your return carefully.

If you choose to drop your item back later than the allocated times, customers must be prepared to pay the relevant late fees as this can significantly disrupt our system.

I am unable to return my hire on Monday. Is Tuesday ok?

Yes, but $15 late fee will apply. All customers are given the option of returning on Sunday or Monday, so please plan ahead and don't leave it to the last minute on Monday.

We understand that plans can change, but customers need to understand that late returns can significantly disrupt our system. As such, fees will be charged to all late returns. If you know you could be busy at work on Monday, just bring it back on Sunday!

Do I have to clean the item myself?

We handle all general dry cleaning of the garments, included in the hire price.

If you have damaged your item please contact us immediately and please do not attempt to clean the garment yourself! If your garment is ruined and no longer suitable for hire. In these cases, replacement costs up to the full RRP will be owed.

I want to hire the garment for longer than the one weekend. Is that possible?

If I attend a try on will I be able to take the garment home with me that day?

Generally this is permitted, but only if the event is the same week as your try on.

How can I cancel my booking?

Bookings can be cancelled, however, unfortunately payment is final and we are unable to provide a refund.

I'm unsure if my event will go ahead due to a potential lockdown. What do I do?

A booking will only be eligible for a credit note if an event has been cancelled due to a COVID-19 lockdown. A booking will only be eligible for a credit if CCDresshire is notified of a cancelled booking prior to postage or collection.
