Postage Delivery Information

Delivery:

Postal hires are sent via Australia Post Express to ensure prompt delivery. We post by Tuesday morning to allow for Thursday delivery. Sometimes a parcel may arrive on the Friday particularly if you live in a rural location.

Tracking:

We will DM you on Instagram before we post your item, with the tracking number.

Opening your parcel:

Please open your parcel carefully. Inside will be your garment and the return satchel. Please ensure that you do not lose the return satchel as it will be required when posting it back to us on Monday.

Late delivery:

In the event that Australia Post is unable to deliver a parcel on time we can provide you with a store credit for the hire fee. This will not be offered if you live rurally and did not inform us.

We take no responsibility for non-delivery due to the incorrect address being provided.
