Return Information

Return Times:

If you are renting an outfit on a weekday (Monday-Thursday) the hire is due back by 8pm the next day following your event.

If you are renting an outfit for a weekend event (Friday-Sunday) the hire is due back by 1pm sharp on Monday.

You can come anytime Saturday or Sunday to return, or anytime before 1pm on Monday.

Return Instructions:

We do not need to know when you are on your way. Please simply place your hire over our black front gate.

Please do not put it in the letterbox and please do not ring the doorbell under any circumstances. Placing it over the locked gate ensures it is secure. If someone is returning your hire for you, please ensure that they are aware of the instructions.

Late fees of $15 per day are charged for any overdue returns.

Please return your hire unwashed and inside the bag you received it in.

Please plan your return carefully to avoid late fees. Keep in mind we often have tight turnarounds for dress hires - a late return may mean someone else misses out.
